Java crash in libglib-2.0 after upgrade from 13.04 to 1
This is a problem that won't be solved in Ubuntu until we use Unity8 +
Mir for displaying. Other systems are already using greeters as
lockscreens, so the work has been done for this.
Closing lightdm and unity-greeter tasks to reduce any confusion.

That is the official GNOME Logo, not our old logo.
Likewise the GNOME docs come from upstream, and are not Ubuntu GNOME
specific. While we could patch it to use the Ubuntu GNOME logo, I am not
sure that is really necessary. Any decision to do so would have to come
from the artwork team.

Public bug reported:
I have recently noticed that if one opens Help (yelp) and goes to any
section at the top the location and categorise that section is in will
be shown at the top. I have noticed a small problem with this though,
the old foot logo is still being used there instead of the new one
I found the cause and solution. The ~/.cache/thumbnails directory was
for some unknown reason not owned by my user. I fixed that and now
nautilus appears to be behaving normally. Apparently is was caught in a
loop trying to update thumbnails but could not.
