I have two systems, a workstation with "proposed" and a laptop with
straight Xenial. Both have the same version of Evince. So it's probably
an underlying desktop library that recently showed up in "proposed".

Duplicate Nautilus in dashboard
I'm not able to install 16.04 until the AMDGPU supports my graphics
card. I am still on Kubuntu 14.04 with Evolution Mail 3.10.4 and after
purging the keyring back in April, I've noticed some other behaviour.
When I boot, I get the KDE Wallet Manager asking to open the keyring for
wifi passwords

Can't type anything in search box
I am facing this bug. I tried to copy about 100GB to a toshiba portable
hdd on ubuntu 16.04LTS live, and the whole laptop got frozen for more
