After pressing power button (and after upgrade to focal), PC starts up normally.
After I enter authentication, though, it shuts down, apparently into sleep
mode/suspend/hibernate.
Pressing powerbutton again brings up normal desktop and normal use right

I think this is correct. The current design allows you to drag icons and
