to keep the phone plugged in and then try:
* gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.desktop-icons show-mount
false

I install Linux/Ubuntu, looked at the colour, not satisfied, think I can accept
and use, after a few days- I move to Windows again. Totally
I have the same issue. I installed it on 20.10 but it didn't change
anything. there was not any problem on 20.04 version. It happened after
updating to 20.10.

Hi - the issue has not happened again, I have not had the phone
connected to laptop as often.
FYI - I do not, as far as I am aware, have any extensions running.
But I have run the 2nd command as instructed - is it also worth running
