as the display flickered back and forth between an old and current

I have a similar problem in 20.10. I doesn't revert completely. I have
some menues and some applications in high contrast, and I can't fix this
even after reboot.

Today happened again. I was working with remote desktop Remmina to
access my work-computer using Windows and suddenly mouse icon
disappeared and keyboard stopped responding.
This time background musing running on my Ubuntu host did not stop
playing, it looks like laptop did not completely freeze.
