Thanks for your reply. As per your suggestion, we tried to execute the below
command in a terminal,

It redirects us to the ubuntu forum login page, and if logged in, it
throws the pop-up that the page is private and we don't have the access

I am using the Universal Access "Large Text" setting. Upon reboot, the
setting appears to be enabled, based on GUI switch appearance, but the

application command line for my synergy and hplip-systray on ubuntu 20.04:

Just tried the updated snap-store version 3.38.0-59-g494f078 and most of
the apps show both version (snap/deb) in the drop down menu. Thank you
very much for the improvement!
