You don't need to remove 'ubuntu-appindicat...@ubuntu.com', 'ubuntu- d...@ubuntu.com', and 'desktop-icons@csoriano' because those are the core Ubuntu extensions. Also the set of 'enabled-extensions' does not have to correlate at all with the set of installed extensions. You can install an
