I managed to reproduce it constantly.
Problem appears only when Remmina is active and "Grab all keyboad events"
pressed.
When you try to capture area of Remmina window, Gnome shell freezes after
pressing "Take Screenshot" button, window just reappears and no image captured.

When that happens you might be able to interact with apps still as those
run through Xorg which has probably not crashed... Next time it happens,

1. Wait 10 seconds.
