Public bug reported:
Ubuntu dock is visible too early during the login animation in Xorg

It appears immediately, disappears, then appears again.
This also explains why the login animation is so stuttery in Xorg

sorry to take so long to get back to you but I have ran the cd-r test.
*Do you experience the problem with CD-R or CD-RW media ?*
Yes. The exact same error message as when I tried to make a DVD.
*Does it help to blank the CD medium before using it with Brasero:
xorriso -outdev /dev/sr0
Got it.

No, No and No.
The search should be front and centre not in the title bar.
FYI my actually close icon is on the right-hand side. I can't remember
if this is standard gnome or not.

Hi Sebastien,
Thankyou for your suggestion about libhandy-1. I had 1.5.91-2 installed.
I downgraded to 1.5.91-1 and my issue vanished, nautilus, gnome-disks
and calendar are back to dark theme now.
On 1.5.91-2, toggling back and forth between light and dark did not do
anything.

I can confirm this as twice I've had difficulties logging in after

locked while I was away from the PC. This is using Wayland.
I have a dual monitor set-up and see a mouse pointer on both screens.

I tried it on my DELL XPS 9510 which is I+N platform but I didn't meet this
issue on Jammy daily build (with dist-upgrade).
Did you change anything? e.g. upgrade gnome-shell or mutter to 42 beta?
