Hi all,
I run into the same issue (Jammy, GDM).
Sometimes I get pwd and fp auth, sometimes fp *then* pwd. Very random.
Very annoying since a fp gdm auth causes GS to ask for pwd to open
seahorse keys wallet pwd after session startup.
Logs:

I have the same problem. Screen Blank activates after a period of
inactivity and then the monitor briefly turns off then on with
backlight. Fresh install OS does not fix the problem. Can someone help?

It's related to display scaling, using 200% has this issue. In my case I need
to use display scaling otherwise the texts are extremely small on my screen.

I have the same issue, disabling all extensions does not help.
The bug appears when auto-hide is on, so basically makes auto-hide unusable.
