Fabio, please try building mutter without the fractional scaling patch.
So just delete:
ubuntu/x11-Add-support-for-fractional-scaling-using-Randr.patch
from debian/patches/series.
That should retain support for integer scaling, but will tell us if the
fractional scaling patch is causing this b
