late decision to delete most of our patches to those rules in 24.10.

I add udev.log-priority=debug to kernel parameter to enable udev debug.
I notice that in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/61-gdm.rules, condition test in
gdm_hybrid_nvidia_laptop_check had been fulfilled early then nvidia_drm
driver loaded. Then the prefer Xorg rule will be skip.

Same issue, when switching Brave browser to Full Screen (F11). Also if
just Maximizing Brave browser.
Also happens when Maximizing 'kitty' terminal. Gnome-terminal does not
cause these errors.
So it seems to happen with specifically hardware accelerated
applications.
