Setting the scaling to 150% solved the issue for me. But I don't know if
it is because of the minimum width.

to realize that dragging windows to the left or right edge unfortunately does
not have the desired effect in a number of cases that they fill half the

I've chosen the first option. My set timezone is fixed to Europe/Berlin.
If the night mode is active I can choose to disable it until the next

With an PDF file like testpics.pdf, which contains a image on every
page, scrolling in the preview area results in that area being empty.
Scrolling again shows the previews again after some tries.
This does also happen with PDF files like test.pdf, which only contains
text.

patches in `vte` source. It should be applied last in patches sequence.

Vte that uses for GTK+ 2.0 based terminals also affected. XFCE termianl,
Mate Terminal uses libvte9 and affected too. Both Trusty and Xenials
still ships vte 0.28.2.
Note, upstream bug report contains patch based on 0.28.2, so it can be
simple adopted for current package.

Well, I downloaded the necessary libraries for yakkety and recompiled
the gnome-software with packagekit support, but i got the same result as
before.
I found that if you have uncontrolled or unstable network connection,
gnome software could not see it and places the selected packages into
the que
gnome-software always building without packagekit support, because
configuration script checking its version >= 1.1.0 (libpackagekit-
glib2-18), while the current version of libpackagekit-glib2-dev has
version number 0.8.17 (libpackagekit-glib2-16). So, we are waiting for
the new libpackagekit-glib
