gtk 2.12 introduced gdk_window_is_toplevel_frozen (window) and makes use
of it in gdk_window_process_all_updates; this introduces crashes when
there are NULL pointers in update_windows list; in addition
gdk_window_get_toplevel crashes when there is no TOPLEVEL ancestor.
Both cases appear to happen
Phorque: this patch is for developers information. Users like you and me
better wait until developers test the patch, approve it, after which
they will put updated packages in the repositories. Then you can get it
using update-manager.

After using the command:

to rip the AAC files, it played correctly in Rythmbox but when I copied
the files to my iPod shuffle, they didn't play. I tried using Amarok to
copy the same files to my iPod and they worked fine
I was able to reproduce this by launching lots of gnome-help instances,
exhausting all of my machine's memory, observing various processes being
killed, killall gnome-help, manually closing/cancelling various bugbuddy
windows, and then observing that I can't run gnome programs.

this looks is a dupe of bug 85112. Await the next totem upgrade to fix
this.

though not directly related, mozilla bug 366113 may be worth a read too.
Plugins that want to link against libxpcom shall do so explicitly by
using mozilla-xpcom.pc; mozilla-plugin.pc will not be enough in future.
This has landed for 2.0.0.2. So be aware of it.
