This is happening to me as well on an up-to-date Lucid lynx.
Nautilus works fine and the tracks are playable in vlc.
Brasero seems to work fineat least it doesn't crash immediately upon
inserting an audio cd...I didn't try

Well, I ran into this on my Fedora installand of course my Lucid
install suffers from the same fault. Sound themes are great, but only if
you can build them easily. I'm glad to see that others share my opinion.

As an after thought, I had a quick look around on vlc's site, I found out
there's a feature in vlc to disable the screensaver while playing video.
Preferences Video, check the Advanced options box and uncheck the Disable
screensaver option.

I'm not sure how you attached gdb to the process to get the info you
posted (One day I'll get around to reading the rest of that man
page!)...but I will say that I have definitely noticed that the
evolution-alarm-notify does disappear quite often...and with no notice
whatsoever...very annoying.

It works fine on my local drives...and If I go to the terminal and
actually mount the network shares, it works as well.
But if I use the Connect to Server, the sendto menu item is not present in
