Binary package hint: seahorse
For some people (like me) when using key, no matter what server is used
because of the servers link (and it can appear nomal that the ubuntu
server is selected by default because this package comes with the
distribution).
So when updating keys to the server, Seahorse shows that the update is
done, though no server is selected, and, in fact, the key hasn't been
uploaded.
