works fine.

If I knew what the error means I would.
I will translate it line by line:
Fout bij het uitvoeren van de bewerking.
=Error during execution of a process (something like that)
Toevoegen aan mislukt: Kon URL ‘’ niet verwerken
=Added to failure: Couldn't process URL ''
In plaats daarvan toevoegen
It can't process some URL, no idea what the error message means.
But it happens on any message I send out, no matter what setting I use.
It's not critial, but very annoying.
Maybe you can find in the translation error-file what line it is and
know what the English error is exactly.
