@François Tissandier The onscreen keyboard works fine on my XPS 13 with Bionic (http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/403/builds/191459/downloads) It works on Firefox, Chrome, terminal and gedit. My touchscreen component is ELAN2930:00 04F3:2930, you can use xinput to check yours. --
