I have "Control is mapped to Win keys (and the usual Ctrl keys)." set as
a keyboard option.
Whenever my keyboard resets or when I plug it in, the setting doesn't
work. Its still selected, but it just does not work.

Funny, this only happens with the System Monitor.

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
The system monitor rendering is compressed and does not take the entire window.
The click listeners are where they should be, which means, I need to guess
where to click because the rendering is off.
