I don't know if this should be a separate issue, but also affected since I have started experiencing issues is even though I have my 19" monitor listed as the Primary display in Settings, it is listed as #2 display. I do not always keep display #1 physically turned on. When I launch Settings it opens on display #1, which I then have to turn on to access. I also will have other windows open on display #1 instead of #2. E.g., when I go to Save a document in LibreOffice Writer or Open a file in VLC or open a New window for Firefox or Chrome those boxes will launch on display #1. Luckily with Chrome and Firefox the Super+Shift+Left Arrow keyboard shortcut will get that window on display #2, but that does not work with other windows.
