Public bug reported:
In the gnome-settings panel it is not possible to set the dock to being
displayed on only one monitor after the option "all screens" has been selected
once.
After selecting a specific monitor the setting immideately buggs back to "all
screens".

I am having this bug again right now. You advised me in my other bug report to
post a file with the contents of journalctl -b0 if this bug reappears, since I
was told both are related, I was wondering if the same applies for this one
