I just upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10 but nothing changed.

Yes, that was it :)
Under "View" I see two categories (Personal / Trusted), but no way to assign
the saved passwords to them.
Is it a bug?

If I try to publish a picture on Picasa, the dialog window is empty and I can
only click on "Cancel".
I can't even switch to another export option.

Since the distribution upgrade from Ubuntu 10.4 to 10.10, Evolution doesn't
mark the e-mails as "read" when I open them.
The shortcut "CTRL+K" or the mouse right-click + "Mark as Read" work fine, but
the e-mail is kept unread if I double click
