I'll have to see if I can recreate this issue. I've since upgraded to Jaunty.
But, the output in the two original screen shots were run as root, and
root should have been able to see all the usage.
As you can see '/home' was incorrectly reported (8.5GB) instead of the
proper amount (47GB)
