Looks like the problem is automatic monitor detection, not inability to manually configure refresh rate. Oneric does fine with auto-detection. It detects my monitor as a 'Viewsonic Corporation 20"'. Precise doesn't detect it. It's a Viewsonic G220fb. ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
