Which version of rhythmbox are you running?
We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the b
Tried to recreate this problem on 9.10 and wasnt able to - seemed to work as
normal.
If you can provide more specific steps or events this would be useful
