I have the same issue. A private key that worked fine on 9.04 and 8.10 will not work on 9.10. I used ssh-add to add the key. In seahorse is shows up on "Other Keys"...selecting it and clicking "Properties" does nothing, Delete does nothing. I can't re-add it either as it reports "Corrupt Key"...
