Do you mean the 'the configure button is missing a mnemonic' thing? Because it's not the 'if you can't configure it, the button should be greyed out' thing. The only plugin I can configure is the one at the top: attachment reminder. No other plugin can be configured. That's a bit weird. -- I can'
