When I transfer songs, rhythmbox converts the song (from ogg to mp3),
the iPod is then in normal mode (usable). When the converting is done,
transfer beggings, and I can't use the the iPod for few seconds. And
when the transfer is finished, rhythmbox starts converting the next
song, so iPod is in n
