If I press the computer's power button once, the logout dialog appears, just
like it's supposed to.
But if I press the power button again, while that dialog is already open, and
the decide not to log out (eg. chosing "cancel" or "lock screen", the dialog
will show up again

This separator should only be there if gnome-app-install is installed,
though I don't know how to achieve that. The menu currently looks ugly
and plain unpolished if g-a-i is not installed.
