I revived an old LapTop, that had Desktop 18.04 on it. Updated to current 18.04. Verified that this video issue was present. Upgraded the computer to 18.10. Ran one help video about 15 times without any issues. Upgraded the computer to 19.04. Ran the video only 2 times before it messed up. It
