I have the same problem, using ubuntu (jaunty), and also i cant delete the pertaining folder.
This is what i get in the Debug Logs window: - Error while Generating message list. - database disk image is malformed - Cannot delete folder "Inbox/Todos". - Because "Folder 'Inbox/Todos' is not empty. Not deleted.".
