[Bug 1801317] Re: Can't move/snap Nautilus window to occupy left or right half of the 1366x768 screen

2022-10-22 Thread Duke
I just upgraded from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to 22.04.1 LTS. In 20.04 LTS this worked as expected, but no longer in 22.04.1 LTS. My screen resolution is 1366 x 768 (16:9). It does work when I disable or auto-hide the dock, but this is more of a workaround than a solution in my opinion. -- You received t

The icons have the right size when the dock is disabled (as mentioned in the original bug description), but also when the dock is moved to the bottom (see the attached screenshot). However I prefer the dock to be on the left, so for me this is not really a solution either. ** Attachment added: "No

I tried out Ubuntu 22.04 today, and I came across the same issue. The app icons in the app grid are very small and the app names very short (I know the full name is shown when you hover over an app icon, but I don't think that makes this issue less important). I'm going to attach a screenshot too.
