I can confirm the bug on Gnome 3.26, yet I'm an Antergos Arch linux
user.

I work with three displays, numbered after display settings (see attachment): 
1) Laptop monitor (right)
2) 27" display (left, rotated 90 counter-clockwise, primary display)
3) 27" display (center)

When I move my cursor around on the Left Side and upper half on display
3, the cursor is likewise duplicated (rotated 90 degrees counter-
clockwise) on the primary display.
