I'am using Ubuntu 10.04 kernel,2.6.32-18 generic gnome 2.29.92
When I click Shut Down the computer does not shutdown it just restarts.Nothing
happens except it just re-boots.
and of coarse i expected 10.04 to shutdown.

this happens in 9.10. the error says:
Could not display computer:///
error:DBUS error org.freedesktop.DBUS.Error.NoReply:
message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
Please select another viewer and try again.

I can bring up Home folder from
I also want to confirm, the issue is fixed with the new gvfs.

When I click on the Computer icon From the Places menu, in the bottom
panel it says Starting File Manager, but it nevers loads in Ubuntu 9.10.

I'am using Kubuntu 7.10, and I can't change the clock time from 24hr to
12hr, i tried everything.

I also have the same problem that Karl has.
Besides not being able to click on the SCSI Icon and open it, I also can't
click on the CD-ROM and Floppy Drive Icons either.
