Same problem here.
/dev appears instead of "filesystem" even in the 'find' application of
gnome.
I also noticed that /dev appears only when system successfully shows
other media (in my case one partition and one external hard disk) in the
"browse file".
I got it also in nautilus.

Bug was causated by wrong permission in folder .local in my home
