I'm not sure that I gave the correct explanation of the problem.
However, the ping from the gnome-nettool does not work.

gnome-nettool uses for ping command (when I ping ya.ru for example):
/bin/ping ping -b -c 5 -n ya.ru
So, it doesn't work, because second ping seen like server name. And as
a result, no packages received because host ping is unknown.
