Title:
Dock displaying over window after resuming from blank screen
To manage
Josef, did you try the workaround in the original post? The workaround
fixed the problem for me on Ubuntu 22.10.
[ Workaround ]
Add to /etc/environment (in Ubuntu 22.04):
MUTTER_DEBUG_ENABLE_ATOMIC_KMS=0
or in Ubuntu 22.10 and later:
MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple
and
My problem was with the CPU being throttled to 500Mhz if I turned the
power supply on at the wrong time during boot up. Nothing to do with
tracker-miner-f.
Please delete my bug report!

"drmModeAtomicCommit: Invalid argument" in my logs now. So it turns out
I am experiencing this bug.
I will try the work around posted at the top of the first post:

It just happened again, in this case the Dock displayed over the top of
the Evolution mail window so I ran the apport shown above.

problem occurs?

have the same setup. Laptop with an external HDMI display plugged in.
I can now replicate the problem consistently. When I plug in the
