As I said on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/659513
this bug was already reported and fixed in upstream.
I have tested it the patch using 2.30.3 and it works. The patch is
straightforward,
short and easy to apply.

FWIW, this bug was already fixed in upstream and the patch it is small enough

fixes, now submenus in extensions works properly. In previous versions
it was included as a feature but they didn't work.
I have created a package using 2.22.3 and I have be

Oops. I thought I did report it. This is because launchpad is good for
looking duplicates when you are reporting and it looked as the same

I don't get the idea.
The bug was closed because I didn't answer on time. Then I added the
information requested (the same situation, just a new version). Today I
realized that if I added the information requested I should reopen the
bug according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deskb
I reopened because the problem still persists.

Pedro,
It's not possible to take any screenshot because the screen is locked by
the authentication window.
I took an screenshot using the following line command:
1. Open the clock applet.
2. Open the preferences windows (via Edit in Locations)
3. Run $ gnome-screenshot --delay 10
4. Press 'Set'

Firefox 3.0 show a fancy HTML with 2 buttons where you can add exceptions.
However, gecko 1.9 in Epyphany 2.22.0 doesn't show any buttons.
This is an usability issue, becasue there is no other ways to do it
easily.
Damn it!
It a bit obfuscated the way to add an exception.

3. Rebooted.
