The correct directory for the file is /usr/share/locale/*
I checked this by extracting the file, moving the locales to the correct
directory, and rebuilding the package. After that they installed to the
correct path versus the debian package. I do not know where these
locale files are called
Umm-- just to let you know, I deleted it and then retried the bug and
it didn't create a new file... Would it have if it was related to that?
