I have updated the gnome-panel to 2.14.1-0ubuntu14 and libcairo2
1.0.4-0ubuntu1 and the problem dispeared. Can be resolved now I guess.

I was trying to run following command in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash .
D. Install the needed .debs (they will be in the current working
directory if the build succeeded):
sudo debi *.changes
Without this step done, I'm getting following message:
(no debugging symbols found)

And I'm using "Sans" for everying thing.
