[Bug 1886268] [NEW] Window preview isn't centred, it is left aligned and looks wrong

2020-07-04 Thread Hassan Williamson
Public bug reported: There is an issue on Ubuntu 20.04 / 20.04.1 where the ubuntu dock extension for gnome is misaligning the preview window - it should be centred based on what I've seen online. This was a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 close to or just after release. People are discussing the

Further information... Putting all the files into .gnupg folder didn't work even after a reboot (even though it was a direct backup of this directory). However, when I then tried to generate a new one in the terminal using the following: gpg --gen-key And following the steps there, it created

Interesting, a PGP key can't be created either. I'll attach what happens when I try to. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open seahorse. 2) Click on GnuPG keys. 3) Click on the + sign. 4) Select PGP key and click on continue. 5) Type in a Full Name and E-mail address. 6) Click Create. 7) Enter in a

Public bug reported: There is a problem when importing a GPG private key from a backup, the error message says the File or Directory does not exist - and it looks like its because of the way it's trying to access it. Here's the exact error (verbose as its displayed): Import failed: Fatal: can't

Sorry, I should have been more constructive with my comment. The workaround in #10 seems to partially work. It doesn't allow the "login" password keychain to be unlocked on login, but it at least let you see the passwords in seahorse so that it can be unlocked manually - which in turn prevents

This bug seems to still be present for me too - normally I'm not copying/moving files that are large enough for me to care. However it is home time at the office, I'm copying a large number of files onto an external drive, and I can no longer see the copy dialogue... this is frustrating because I

Public bug reported: There appears to be a bug where-by brasero is unable to eject when it finishes burning. So I do as it says, and eject manually. I then proceed to click finish. However, I attempted to burn something else, and brasero wouldn't open at all. Using the command `htop` (or `top`),
