Yes, and it is happened on external hard drive also.
The workaround I've been doing is by
1. Goto menu Files => Bookmark.
2. Cick on the bookmark which doesn't show.
3. Nautilus will crash! But, it will be shown after restart nautilus.

1. Open any application with multiple menu and at least one submenu.
(e.g. firefox with F
It is not my intent to assign gnome-terminal as affected project /
package. Please someone who can remove or change it.
But, actually gnome-terminal menu also affected by this bug.
