some pages fail to print

Only few pages of multipage pdf document are printed.
The document itself renders fine. But when printing only few first pages get
printed. This doesn't depend on specific printer.
Print preview also shows only certain pages.

In previous versions of Ubuntu scrolling the workspace switcher led to
actual switching of the workspace.
Now in 12.04 (Ubuntu Classic 2D) scrolling workspace switcher widget
does nothing.
1. Launch ubuntu in Ubuntu Classic (no effects) mode.
2. Set the number of workspaces
This isn't fixed in Lucid Lynx.

I suppose you mean /etc/apparmor.d/, but not /etc/apparmor/
I add this line to the end of file, kill evince, perform sudo
apparmor_parser...evince, but nothing changes. I still get permission
denied.
BTW, here is sample path of zotero PDF file:

I have similar problem. sudo apparmor_parser -r -T -W
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.evince doesn't help.

Why this bug have low importance? AFAIK there is no way to turn
assistive technologies in login screen. So it should be accessible with
keyboard by default.
