I use ATI Radeon IGP 330M/340M/350M with xorg-driver-ati. I was thinking
about driver, but it is gstreamer. I solved this problem fixing video
output with gstreamer-settings - I set "X Window System (without Xv)..."

modifier for all shortcuts. Only one shortcut - "Win+M" could be made.

I am not sure whether there should be separate bug to have vertical log
in screen (Windows has it), and vertical intro screen (Windows doesn't
have it, but it's less important). And BTW, Windows can remember this
across the sessions.
