I am on 9.10 ubuntu
When editing an account in preferences:
When in mail receiving tag, when I select the server type, I am immediately
driven to mail sending tag.

1. Yes it is reproduced every time I follow the step described in my
mail.

step by step, what I observe (the only trouble might be: I use the
french version of Ubuntu and Evolution, the tag's name might not be the
