Seemingly after getting the Ubuntu dock package for gnome-shell but
already having been using Dash to Dock with gnome-shell under 17.10, I
can still see the dock after locking the screen. I should not be able to
see this nor interact with it at all with the screen locked.

Hi!
I think that the mobile network cell triangulation position is not
working in Ubuntu Phone OS.
The position should be really fast (~1 - 5") and I'm thinking that
Ubuntu Phone is waiting for a real GPS position every time.
A good test could be this:
Confirmed as still being an issue in Quantal.

Desktop menu doesn't react to alt key (i.e alt-f) navigation

This still happens for me on Quantal, beta 2 with xchat-gnome 0.3.0. It
only happens with servers that are configured to use SSL. Ones like
freenode reconnect just fine. I usually run into this when my laptop
wakes from sleep.
