Guys, can we set some reward for the hero who will solve this?
This bug seems rather difficult, since it remains for so many years. And, of
course, it delivers lots of pain to russian and japanese users.

Every time I go to install something, it either fails, or SAYS it's
failed. Sometimes it does install, but I don't think it's normal to say
that it failed whenever it didn't.

I can recommend archiving e-mails now and then with Hypermail.

Hei! As far as I know this is no bug, but it's supposed to be like that.
Just enable the function that the trash is emptied regularly.
