[Bug 278654] Re: gnome-system-monitor doesn't run in user

I found an interesting fact about this bug. I installed ubuntu 8.10 inside windows XP using wubi installer. This crash does not occur in it. The I did a full system update and restarted. I could not reproduce this bug under that installation however. May be then this is related to ext3 filesystem

I also encounter the problem. Gnome-system-monitor crashes when clicked on the File Systems tab. I'm attaching the backtrace file. ** Attachment added: "gdb-gnome-system-monitor.txt" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/20400527/gdb-gnome-system-monitor.txt -- gnome-system-monitor doesn't run in us

[Bug 203527] Re: Clicking on clock applet hangs gnome-panel

2008-04-04 Thread Karunadheera
I noticed that the problem comes when I have a location added to the clock. It hangs up the laptop. I use the Fn+F1 to sleep the computer, then during wake up Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart safely with cleanly unmounting hard disk. Clicking on the Clock - Hanging up the whole desktop - Kills my time. :-(
