I added a new web calendar and the problem is back,
I have enabled apport, but after reproducing the crash I get no crash
report in /var/crash, and apport is doing nothing...

this bug occured after updating from ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10
someone suggested to try this command:
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/evolution/calendar
evolution doesn't crash anymore, but my web calendars are also removed...
