Hello,
Fabio, unless there where some trace of the actual file name processed during
the crash, I really can not tell.
The directory path opened in Nautilus was:
/home/lea/Téléchargements/
There are loads of files I deposit here, as it is the default save
location for my browsers.

Here is a patched binary replacement for gnome-volume-control suited for
IA32. Use it at your own risks or wait for an updated package.
